By using Document & Media Toolkit (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Free use

All tools are provided free of charge, for personal and commercial use, without an account. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Automate the tools in a way that degrades the experience for other users.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any files you process. Client-side tools never transmit your files to us. For the small number of server-powered tools, files are processed transiently and deleted after the job completes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accuracy, results from calculators and converters are for informational purposes only and are not financial, medical, or legal advice. Always verify important results independently.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
